Introduction

Founded in 1947, with former name of Kanto Medical School, Dalian Medical University was incorporated into Dalian University in 1949 and named Medical School of Dalian University. The university is the first batch of experimental unit of national “Outstanding Doctor Education & Training Project”, currently , it has 3 national characteristic specialty construction center, 1 comprehensive reform experimentation major, 1 talent training mode innovation experimental area, 2 college students practice education bases, 2 experiment teaching demonstration centers, 4 Teaching Achievement Awards, 1 bilingual teaching demonstration course. The university vigorously promotes education internationalization and widely carries out domestic and foreign exchanges and cooperation, it has established friendly cooperation relationship on teaching, scientific research, medical care and talent training with more than 100 universities from 30 countries and regions, including the USA, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Russia and Japan, etc. With approval of the Ministry of Education, it has successfully conducted “Sino-America Educational Cooperation Project on Master of Public Health” with Benedictine University in 2012 and two sessions of students have been recruited up to now.

• between 18-25 years old
• mental and physical healthy
• has completed the senior high school course with good marks(Chemistry, physics, biology, English are compulsory subjects, maths is a reference subject for admission evaluation.)

Graduate requirement

Master: The applicant must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, should be between 20-35 years old, healthy, has obtained bachelor degree with good marks, has solid financial support to afford the study and living expenses in China.

Doctorate: The applicant must be non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, should be between 26-40 years old, healthy, has obtained master degree with good marks, has solid financial support to afford the study and living expenses in China.

Scholarship

CSC: Exempt from all the fees, and provide CNY3000/month for masters and CNY 3500/month for doctors.
